World Population Day 2025 celebrated on 11 July

On 14 July 2025, World Population Day was celebrated in a befitting manner at the hall of the Upazila Parishad, Sitakunda, Chittagong, under the initiative of the Family Planning Department under Sitakunda Upazila. The Chief Guest of the event was the Honorable Upazila Executive Officer, Mr. Md. Fakhrul Islam. Presided over by Mr. Dr. Md. Tanvir Hossain, Medical Officer (MCH-FP) and Upazila Family Planning Officer (A.D.O). This time on Population Day, the Best Family Welfare Assistant is Mrs. Dipu Das, Unit-1/B, Baroiyadhala Union, the Best Family Planning Inspector is Mr. Md. Saiful Islam, Baroiyadhala Union, the Best Family Welfare Inspector is Mrs. Ratna Rani Nath, Sonaichhari Union Health and Family Welfare Center, the Best Family Welfare Center is Sonaichari Health and Family Welfare Center  And the best union parishad was selected as Baroidhala Union Parishad. Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer, Upazila Social Service Officer and many others were present as special guests.
